~~I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you. Dr. Conicello shared "What Time Tuesday?" with us a couple months ago in Atlanta. That night I read it cover to cover and cried all the way through. As an upper cervical doctor I have always understood intellectually the effects of a subluxation on your body. But after reading your story I truly understand and have taken to heart what a life of severe pain can be like. Just wanted to say thank YOU for writing the book "What Time Tuesday" It saved my life. It was the only hope I had. I am free NOW from that neuralgia. Dr. Qualls gave me yournumber and said that I could call you to discuss your contributions to Upper Cervical Care. Your book is very moving as well as inspirational. As you might have been told, I was diagnosed with R/R MS 6 1/2 years ago. Because of your book and your wife's continued support to see you through your TN, I truly believe that GOD himself has touched me again. On December 11,2003 I found myself at the gates of hell (suicide) with Satan inviting me in. I was ravaged by repeated attacks of MS numbness in both feet, the left leg, both hands and most of all my short term memory. A few months later, optic nutritious sat in and left me partially bind for several months. Shortly thereafter, I lost control of my bowels. How humiliating, as well as degrading. My Doctor suggested that I tale a FMLA to give my body a chance to recover. Not taking my doctors advice, I listened to my employer choosing not to give up the financial support for my family. I asked to be reassigned to a less stressful position as MS feeds on Stress and Heat. I had to give up my 100K job and began training new employees and show them my success techniques that took my repair center from #46 to #3 while dealing with my MS diagnosis and all of the medicines and and daily injections. After training 3 new employees I found myself out of a job. I know its late and I must go to bead as I have an Upper Cervical appointment in the morning. I can't wait to tell you the wonderful blessing that GOD has given me since those days a few years ago. Although on SSDI, I am the richest man in the world, Thanks to GOD himself.
